Boonton射频功率探头系列
功率探头转换射频或微波功率至一个等效电压,然后输入功率表处理。接下来,功率探头呈现的功率阻抗是密切匹配传输系统。为了准确的测量,两者必须以最小的漂移和噪声情況下达成。
Boonton采用线性校准及频率响应校准。这最大限度地提高二极管探头和纠正对所有范围非线性的性能。线性校准可用于扩展二极管探头的工作范围。它也可以在热电偶或二极管探头的动态范围内来纠正非线性。频率校准因子(NIST可追溯性)和其他数据都存储在所有峰值功率探头内。线性校准是通过峰值功率表的内置校准源执行。
Boonton二极管探头的构造采用平衡二极管检波器。跟单二极管探头相比,这种双二极管配置提供了更高的灵敏度与谐波抑制。当选择一个功率探头,有几个因素必须考虑包括频率范围,动态范围和调制。该功率探头应该有一个比这调制信号更快的上升时间。Boonton提供各种种类繁多的频率范围峰值功率探头为符合宽的动态范围和快的上升时间测量。
